"There are plenty of books for athletes about how to perform at their best. But so very few on how to coach athletes--and even fewer that are truly grounded in both science and first-hand experience. This book is the exception. I read Championship Behaviors cover-to-cover and resonated with everything Hugh McCutcheon had to say about how to bring out the best in any athlete--or indeed, in any person seeking your guidance as they learn and grow."
